Discipline is showing up when you would rather not. It is following through when the outcome is uncertain. It is doing the work without needing emotional support.
That is where confidence starts to rebuild.
Not because you suddenly feel better. Because you have evidence that you can operate without needing to feel better first.
Confidence is rebuilt through proof.
